Before Starting


We begin with an initial consultation (£55). This session gives us time to talk about your smoking habits, your goals and whether hypnotherapy feels like the right approach for you. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and learn more about how the process works.


Hypnotherapy tends to be most effective when the decision to stop smoking comes from within, rather than from outside pressure.


The Stop Smoking Programme


For those ready to move forward, the Quit Smoking Programme (£295) is designed to provide structured support as you make this change.


During the programme we’ll explore the thoughts, routines and triggers connected to your smoking habit, while introducing new ways of thinking and responding that can support lasting change.
