Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the reserved services. 

•  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply. We will, however, do our best to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time. 

• In the case of a genuine and unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be credited toward future services at the discretion of the proprietor. 

Arrival Policy
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. As there is no waiting area or receptionist, early arrivals may find the door unanswered. This helps maintain a smooth and private experience for all clients.
