Starting therapy can feel daunting. Opening up to someone new and talking about personal experiences isn’t always easy, and it’s completely natural to feel unsure at first. My role is to support you through this process, at your pace.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Together, we can work towards understanding what’s troubling you and creating positive, meaningful change.
I am a qualified and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic and Person-Centred counselling, as well as EMDR therapy. This integrative approach allows me to work flexibly and tailor therapy to suit you, your needs, and your goals.
Counselling is not one-size-fits-all. We will work collaboratively to find the approach that feels most helpful and supportive for you.
I offer counselling in Crewe, Cheshire, with sessions available online or in person, depending on your preference.
Alongside my private practice, I volunteer as a trauma counsellor with Survive. I have experience working with a wide range of difficulties, including:
I offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and decide whether I’m the right therapist for you.
These consultations last approximately 20 minutes and can take place by phone or via online video call.
