All initial consultations for counselling, EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy and mental health support are held via Google Meet or telephone, giving us the opportunity to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and explore the most suitable therapy for you in a relaxed and confidential setting.
Smoking cessation consultations are conducted in person. If you're booking for smoking cessation, please book a full hypnotherapy appointment, as your assessment forms part of your first treatment session.
If your consultation is taking place online, you'll receive your Google Meet link before your appointment.
If none of the available appointment times are suitable, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Email me and I'll be happy to check my diary for an alternative appointment that works for you.
